A variety of group activities which enable the building of family bonds.

These are small groups which are undertaken by individual families.

We provide a range of creative activities which contribute to building stronger family relationships.

Through play and creativity, working alongside an experienced counsellor, families collaborate on projects which will encourage interaction and promote the development of stronger family bonds.

Group Work to build Self Esteem

As an ongoing development to our Service WE R HERE have created a course to work with people who are experiencing low self-esteem. This group work encourages creativity and enables participants to discover their own worth and to grow and improve their self-esteem.

Counselling

This counselling is provided on a one to one basis by a team of qualified and experienced counsellors.
